This is the National Mall in Washington, DC. Actually, it is a high altitude photograph—a model—of the National Mall. The Washington Monument rises vertically in the center of the Mall. Following the Mall to the left of the Washington Monument leads to the Lincoln Memorial. Following the Mall to the right of the Monument leads to the U.S. Capitol. The white rectangular building with the three black squares is the National Air and Space Museum. The Voyage exhibition’s Sun through Uranus Units are in front of the Museum.
